Joe is responsible for ensuring that all landscape fertilization specifications are met and that the highest standards of quality control are maintained for turf and plant material. Branch Manager,Edward Nieves is a Riverview, Florida resident with more than 30 years of experience in the green industry. His expertise spans irrigation, landscape maintenance, fertilization, and pest management. Ed is also a licensed Pest Control Operator in the state of Florida, bringing extensive knowledge and regulatory expertise to every aspect of the business.
As the leader of the company’s day-to-day operations, Ed oversees finances, sales, and customer service while ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism. His decades of hands-on experience, combined with his commitment to customer satisfaction, have helped build lasting relationships with clients and a reputation for dependable, high-quality service.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Seam serves as the Account Manager and brings over 10 years of industry experience. With extensive knowledge of pruning techniques and turf quality management, he has a keen eye for detail and is committed to maintaining the highest standards throughout the property.
Seam will oversee the project and regularly meet with key community representatives to ensure all contract specifications are being met. He will maintain close communication with Rodrigo to verify that all safety procedures are consistently followed, including routine inspections of equipment and ensuring mower blades and other tools are properly maintained and kept sharp.

He has over 7 years of experience in the industry. He will oversee the crews that will be maintaining the site making sure the finished product represents JNR’s culture.
He will make sure that the team is using the right equipment for the right task, mowers have sharp disinfected blades every time we service the property. Safety is in place with cones placed at the right spots to keep everyone safe.
